Distinguish Definitions: Realism Scientific, Realism, and realistic

I was readying about study about bells theorem, where I had the question about some definitions. Heres some of my summaries: Scientific Realism: https:en.wikipedia.orgwikiScientific_realismMain_features basically it stated that a statement was either true or false. or say, quote, that measurable characteristics of a physical system exist and are well dened, independent of any outside inuence or observation. Realistic: quote: Physical properties were defined before and independent of observation simply saying physical objects were all real objects, had a shape and constrained by locality. Realism which seemed to implies the combination of scientific realism and realistic. However, some of the definitions were not clear. My question was that. could you help me to distinguish the difference between Scientific Realism, Realistic, and RealismOr are they the same Does either one of them imply the deterministic
